Cleaner | Kaarinan Swimming Hall

We are seeking a cleaner for a permanent, full-time position at Kaarina swimming hall. In the role you will independently clean various areas of the swimming hall and maintain a safe, comfortable and hygienic customer environment. The job also includes work in customers' changing and washing facilities. Work is done on all days of the week in shifts: weekdays 6:00–22:00, Saturdays 6:00–19:00, Sundays 9:00–18:30. There is a four-week smoothing period during which at least one entire weekend is free. We aim for one free weekend about every third weekend. Requirements include an academic qualification in the field or willingness to obtain the qualification via an apprenticeship, sufficient Finnish speaking and writing skills, cleaning experience, swimming ability due to the environment, and an autonomous, responsible and customer-oriented approach. Preferred: experience from swimming pools or wet-area cleaning and wet-area training. We offer a permanent full-time role in a stable and growing company, a diverse and responsible job, onboarding and modern tools, and occupational health services. Salary in the role is according to Kiinteistöpalvelualan collective agreement: 13.22 €/h (PR 3). We also pay a training allowance according to the training.
