Responsibilities
- Administer existing client portfolio (requests, letters, permits, contract changes, consultations, etc.)
- Advise clients to understand needs and possibilities
- Prepare disbursements and manage loan repayments
- Assist in processing applications to evaluate all circumstances and provide best solution
- Prepare documents for clients
- Support team in daily operations
- Identify opportunities for product/process improvement with the team
- Build relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience in financial services
- Higher education in finance, economics or business (advantage)
- Positive team player
- Proactive and results-oriented
