Suma Sauna & Lounge, a new sauna and restaurant complex opening in Rovaniemi in November, is now looking for waiters/waitresses for the winter season. We are looking for restaurant professionals for our team who may already have some experience in the field, a desire to perform their work with quality, and above all, a genuine desire to serve customers. We value initiative, cooperation skills, and a desire to help create unforgettable experiences for visitors. As a waiter/waitress, you are an important part of the Suma Sauna & Lounge experience. You welcome guests, guide them to the restaurant and sauna lounge services, and ensure that every encounter feels genuinely personal. In addition to restaurant services, your duties may include preparing and heating saunas as needed, as well as guiding customers in matters related to sauna use and ice swimming. The complex includes approximately 40 customer seats, three saunas, an ice hole spot, and high-quality food and drink services. During the winter season, services are primarily sold as pre-booked sauna and dining packages, especially for international tourists, groups, and corporate clients. SUMA's concept combines Finnish sauna culture, fire, water, arctic gastronomy, and warm Northern hospitality. The overall goal is a leisurely and memorable experience.
