We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Varisto store in Vantaa. The role is a responsible and varied position. The assistant manager acts as the front-line supervisor for store staff together with the store manager, jointly leading the store, ensuring staff wellbeing and training, driving sales, safety, cleanliness and customer satisfaction. You will help maintain store currency and achieve sales budgets through proper and timely merchandise management, coaching and store commerciality. You will ensure staff know what to do and when, and you will coach and develop the team’s skills. We lead with empathy and a solution‑oriented mindset, fostering a constructive feedback culture where colleagues celebrate success and address improvement areas. The assistant manager also develops their own work based on feedback.
