The job is to support the sales team by ensuring orders and deliveries proceed smoothly from order to delivery. You will act as a link between sales, suppliers and internal stakeholders, check product availability and lead times to find the best solutions for customers. Tasks include preparing purchase orders, processing and tracking orders, ensuring payment terms, and monitoring supply chain functionality. You will enter orders into systems, handle order confirmations and participate in customer and supplier communications. Close collaboration with the Finnish sales team, export team, accounting and international colleagues is expected. The position is permanent and full-time, located in Espoo Sinimäki, primarily working in the office from Monday to Friday 8–16.

Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Experience in responsible tasks requiring accuracy, organisation and business understanding
- Background in logistics, business administration, finance or customer service preferred
- Willingness to learn, initiative and taking responsibility
- Team player with ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Experience in preparing proposals and using ERP/financial systems
- Fluent in English and good Finnish
