Products include belt conveyors, scraper conveyors, elevators, receiving hoppers, chutes, screens, silos, ship loaders, ramps, support structures, as well as heavy and light walkways. Lehtonen Engineering primarily delivers complete conveyor process solutions, but individual conveyor deliveries are also part of the service as part of factory modernizations. Typical sites include sawmills, fertilizer plants, ports, mines, paper and pulp mills, and bioenergy plants. Our client is seeking a practical PROJECT ENGINEER for a permanent position in Riihikoski. In your role, you will be responsible for project coordination and monitoring, schedule tracking, communication with customers together with sales and the product line manager, project procurement, and manufacturing supervision. You will participate in installations and handle their supervision and commissioning. Knowledge and understanding of maintenance is considered an advantage. The work is partially mobile, performed alternately at the company's Riihikoski and Kokemäki locations, in addition to customer and site visits. During the orientation period, the main focus will be at the Kokemäki location. Success in the position requires: - UAS-level engineering degree in mechanical or process engineering - 3-5 years of experience in similar roles as well as project and process expertise - Modern IT skills, and 3D CAD design skills when needed - Fluent skills in Finnish and English - Willingness to travel domestically, a driver's license, and access to a private car - As a person, you are self-directed and organized, enjoy practical work, and take responsibility for the functionality of the whole. You get along with different stakeholders and work naturally in the customer interface as part of a team. Recruitment is handled by FOLKA Henkilöstöpalvelut.
