Responsibilities
- Assist customers with everyday banking needs in branches and by phone
- Provide face-to-face and remote support and guidance
- Help customers with accounts, mobile banking, and payments; assist with investing or mortgage discussions when needed
- Ensure customers have access to all applicable services and benefits; offer relevant add-ons when gaps are found
- Work independently with weekly team meetings and coaching to support learning
Requirements
- Willingness to learn continuously and develop customer service and banking expertise
- Ability to work autonomously while organizing work according to processes
- Excellent Finnish language skills and good English proficiency
- Ongoing higher education degree which can include the internship
- Nice to have Swedish language skills and prior experience in sales/customer service
