Practical Nurse

Hello you graduated practical nurse interested in childcare! Would you like to help families in the middle of everyday life? Are small babies especially close to your heart? We are now recruiting childcare workers for child family home services in the Espoo area. Job description: You will work with children and their families in varying childcare activities in the families' homes. Your workdays may include, for example, outdoor activities and play indoors and outdoors with the children, or for example, a trip to the local library, so fun activities with children in the family's home and immediate environment. Normal things belonging to the family's daily routine are done with the children, according to the families' wishes. Our customers include various families, small and large. The workplaces are located in families' homes in Espoo. We are now looking for caregivers for all kinds of families and especially for baby families. You should have experience in caring for small children and babies and be able to guide parents if necessary in the challenges they encounter, for example, in questions related to breastfeeding, sleep rhythms, or identifying the baby's needs. You should also have confident handles in the care of a newborn child. We value a genuine interest in childcare and commitment to agreed customer relationships. We expect from you: - PRACTICAL NURSE DEGREE - Good Finnish language skills: Communication with customers takes place in Finnish - We value experience in childcare with different children, good interaction skills, a positive attitude and commitment to work. - Reliability and flexibility - We consider knowledge of baby care and working with special needs children as an advantage. - Valid medication permits are a plus - We hope for a genuine interest and enthusiasm for the work and the ability to truly meet families. At the start of work, you will receive an orientation to the work and your job tasks.
