Hiab is seeking a heavy equipment maintenance technician for its workshop in Helsinki, with potential for a new facility in Vantaa. The role involves independently performing maintenance, diagnostics and repair work on lifting devices and related systems within the Service team. Daily tasks include electrical installations and diagnostics on lifting devices, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical system repairs, reading hydraulic and electrical diagrams, maintenance and installation of vehicle superstructures, and diagnostics using computer-based systems, with occasional MIG/TIG welding. We value relevant vocational training and prior experience with heavy machines or vehicles. A proactive, learn-and-develop mindset and customer-oriented approach are highly appreciated. A driving license (C) is not mandatory initially but is desirable. The position offers permanent full-time employment, working within a skilled team to become a heavy equipment lifting devices professional.
