A full-time resource teacher is sought for Martinlaakso School in Vantaa. The role primarily involves simultaneous and differentiated instruction for lower grades (3rd–6th). Additionally, the position includes teaching health education and home economics in upper grades. Martinlaakso School is a comprehensive school for grades 1-9 with approximately 1000 students and 130 staff members, operating in a modern facility with up-to-date equipment. The school aims to be a pedagogically unified comprehensive school where learners of different ages interact. The school follows the ProKoulu operating model, which emphasizes common goals and methods for guiding student behavior through positive feedback; commitment to this model is required.
