About Us We are a 23-bed ward providing demanding rehabilitation primarily for working-age patients who have suffered a cerebrovascular accident or brain injury. Patients are transferred to our ward directly from hospital care, and the average rehabilitation period lasts one month. Our ward is located in the Synapsia building on Nordenskiöldinkatu, from where we will move to the new Laakso joint hospital in 2028. Job Description Working at the Neurological Rehabilitation Ward involves interesting and versatile rehabilitative nursing work that offers professional development opportunities for both new colleagues and experienced veterans. This allows you to focus calmly on learning and mastering your work tasks. The work is multidisciplinary, and we collaborate closely with experts from various fields, which enriches daily life and provides a broad perspective on the holistic care of patients. Neuro-nursing is rewarding and meaningful, allowing you to influence patients' recovery and see the results of your work concretely. The work emphasizes guiding, active, and interactive cooperation with patients and their relatives. The work is three-shift work, and you can easily coordinate your work and leisure time through community-based shift planning.
