We are looking for a Product Quality Controller for T-DRILL Oy on a permanent basis at the Laihia factory. In this role you will ensure our products meet high quality standards, collaborate with suppliers and participate in continuous quality development. You will work within the quality assurance team, responsible for incoming inspections of parts from subcontractors and ensuring product quality. You will closely cooperate with suppliers, production and other experts to maintain and develop high quality. Your duties include measuring parts with modern measuring equipment and a coordinate measuring machine, creating measurement programs, reporting deviations and handling corrective actions together with suppliers. You will monitor the implementation of agreed actions and actively participate in product quality development. Tools include Mitutoyo Crysta Apex V9106 CMM with Mcosmos3 software and various hand measuring devices. What we are looking for: suitable technical education or practical experience in machining; the role can also suit a recent graduate or a professional building a career in quality control and metrology. You excel if you master common measuring instruments used in the machine shop and can read technical drawings fluently. We value a long-term, analytical approach, initiative and the ability to work with different stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent Finnish and up-to-date IT skills are required. Bonus for experience with quality systems, inspection tasks and English language.
