Responsibilities include managing search stages, identifying and qualifying candidates, maintaining accurate market and candidate data, and supporting business opportunities. The position involves working closely with engagement teams, leading candidate outreach, supporting research, and participating in interviews and client meetings. The role offers opportunities for advancement within the firm, with a focus on developing skills across three levels. The ideal candidate has 3-7 years of professional experience, excellent communication skills, and a degree or equivalent. The role may involve remote work and requires background checks.
