The position involves working closely with engagement teams, leading candidate outreach, supporting research, and participating in interviews and client meetings. The role offers opportunities for advancement within the firm, with a focus on developing skills across three levels. The ideal candidate has 3-7 years of professional experience, excellent communication skills, and a degree or equivalent. The role may involve remote work and requires background checks.
