**What will you be doing with us?** As a Frame Site Supervisor at Nordec, you will be responsible for the overall management of construction projects during the installation phase. Your task is to plan and lead the project implementation on site, managing the schedule, quality, costs, and ensuring occupational safety. You will lead the daily operations of the site, guide your own installation team and subcontractors, and ensure that materials and installation plans progress as agreed. Additionally, you will be responsible for the smooth flow of logistics from the factory to the site and the implementation of safety practices on sites. You will work in close cooperation with our project management teams and report to the project manager on the progress of the work. Nordec's projects cover extensive scopes: in addition to steel and concrete frames, the scope of delivery may also include facade and roof structures. Projects range from industrial buildings and data centers to logistics projects, as well as office, public, and bridge sites. In this role, experience with data centers and a strong background in element construction are considered particular assets. Your primary work area will be Finland, but the position also involves traveling to project sites in the Nordic countries. **What do we expect from you?** You have a suitable education in the construction field, such as a degree as a construction foreman or construction engineer, and several years of experience in site management. You have worked in responsible roles in construction projects and master the planning and management of daily site operations as a whole, covering schedules, resource utilization, quality, and occupational safety. You are able to communicate fluently in Finnish and English, and Swedish language skills are considered an asset. FISE steel construction site manager qualification (demanding or exceptionally demanding), as well as other installation-related qualifications such as concrete element installation site manager qualification and concrete classes, are considered assets. Among software, Dalux, Tekla Structures, and MS Project are important tools in your daily work. We require a willingness to travel.
