Shift Manager

We are hiring two Shift Managers for Hesburger Seinäjoki Torikeskus for an indefinite term. The role involves leading the restaurant’s operations and results as part of the supervisor team, developing the skills of the shift team and restaurant staff, coordinating and organizing your own shift, and ensuring organized work and familiarity with restaurant KPIs. Prior experience in the restaurant industry is preferred, but training will be provided and you’ll have strong support from the restaurant manager and our chain. The onboarding includes dedicated training programs for supervisors through HeseAkatemia. The position offers flexible hours: 30 hours per 3 weeks with flexible scheduling to suit your situation. Pay is between €15.06 and €16.34 per hour, depending on previous experience. In addition, supervisors participate in a bonus pay system.
