Bring your electrical expertise to a significant technical construction and commissioning project! We are currently mapping potential candidates for future ELECTRICIAN positions for a long-term technical project in Uusimaa. Our client is preparing for a multi-year technology and construction project to be implemented in Uusimaa. The first recruitments for the project will possibly start during the autumn of 2026, and the personnel need will grow gradually as the project progresses. We are starting to map experts, process applications, and conduct interviews now to build the project organization well in advance of the next phases of the project. There is an opportunity to participate in a large technical project where you will work with the installation, testing, and commissioning of modern electrical systems as part of a professional project team. Tasks include: - Cabling and electrical installation work - Installation of centers and electrical equipment - Measurements and commissioning inspections - Maintenance of installation documentation - Participation in commissioning inspections and testing of electrical systems - Cooperation with other contractors and project staff - Following safe working methods We expect from the applicant: - Education in the electrical field - Previous experience in electrical installation tasks - Ability to read electrical drawings - Proactive and responsible work approach - Good safety attitude - Language requirement: proficiency in Finnish and/or English Considered an advantage: - Occupational safety card - Electrical work safety training - Experience from large construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects - Experience from electrical installations in the commissioning or testing phase We offer: - A long-term project in a stable environment - Opportunity to develop your skills in demanding sites - An international work environment - Support from a professional team - Competitive terms of employment Duration and start of employment We offer a fixed-term employment contract through ManpowerGroup according to the estimated duration of the project, approximately 2-3 years.
