**Hämeen Lastenliitto ry** is a member association of the national Lastenliitto, organizing hobby, club, camp, and afternoon activities for children and families. Our activities are based on doing things together, community, and the values of Lastenliitto: we are child-centered, fair, caring, and encouraging. We exist so that every child has the opportunity to engage in hobbies. We are seeking **two club instructors** for the 2026-2027 school year to lead children's hobby clubs in Hämeenlinna, Hattula, and Iittala. Our clubs are aimed at children aged approximately 4-12 and meet once a week in the afternoons. Club themes include cooking, handicrafts, visual arts, sports, and various animal-related topics. The most important aspects of our activities are the children's participation, experiences of success, and pleasant togetherness. **Job Duties** As a club instructor, you will be responsible for: - planning club activities - preparing club sessions - guiding children and ensuring safe group activities - cooperating with guardians and Lastenliitto staff You will receive comprehensive orientation and support for the implementation of the clubs. **We Offer** - meaningful work with children - the opportunity to utilize your own expertise and interests in the club content - independent and versatile work - orientation into the operating culture of Lastenliitto **We Hope for** - experience working with children - a responsible and proactive approach to work - good interaction skills - the ability to act independently and take initiative in different situations - a cheerful and encouraging attitude The job requires the use of a private car, as clubs are organized at several locations. Working hours are approximately **10-14 hours per week**, and the work is mainly in the afternoons. No work is available during school holidays. The employment begins in week 34. The selected person must present a criminal record extract in accordance with the law regarding the verification of the criminal background of those working with children before starting work.
