Eastern Uusimaa Youth Federation is seeking an engaged acting operations manager for 60-80% according to agreement starting from 1.9.2026. The temporary position lasts until 1.10.2027 with the possibility of extension. We are looking for someone with good understanding and knowledge of the third sector and experience in the main areas of responsibility. You will be responsible for the federation's development, finances, and personnel, as well as strategic and operational leadership. You will lead, plan, and coordinate activities and ensure that the federation's goals and visions are met in close cooperation with staff and the board. Main responsibilities include overall responsibility for operations, finances, and personnel; strategic development and operational management; budgeting, financial control, and follow-up; application for and reporting of grants; planning and coordination of projects and events; communication, visibility, and networking; association administration and the role of secretary in the board. The position requires good cooperation skills, flexibility, responsibility, and proactive work. Good oral and written skills in Swedish and Finnish are essential. Experience in association work and knowledge of theater activities are advantageous.
