We are now looking for a property maintenance worker in Rovaniemi! Employment type: permanent and full-time (37.5 h/week) Start date: starting 15.9.2026 Working hours: weekdays between 7:00–15:00 and on-call duty once a month, during the winter season according to weather and need As a property maintenance worker, your job description includes maintenance and service tasks for properties in your area. You will perform daily inspection rounds, report potential defects or deficiencies, and carry out small repair tasks. Your job description also includes seasonal maintenance of outdoor areas. We hope that you are available for on-call duty once you have become familiar with the customer sites. In addition to Coor's teams, you will work in close cooperation with the staff at customer sites and ensure smooth communication with property users. Your work area includes, among other things, nursing homes, daycares, schools, residential properties, and a health center. Additionally, you need: - Previous work experience in property maintenance tasks for at least a few years - Machine operation skills - Knowledge of maintenance logs and automation systems - Fluent Finnish language skills - B-class driver's license The person selected for the position will undergo a drug test and must present a criminal record extract from the Criminal Records Center before the start of employment, as required by the Act on Working with Children (504/2002).
