Practical Nurse

Your Tasks As a practical nurse in the northern home care of Kemiönsaari, your duties include the practical planning, implementation, and evaluation of client care and nursing work in cooperation with your team. Our practical nurses also perform a significant amount of medical nursing work, allowing you to develop your expertise according to varying and diverse client needs. Supporting our clients' resources, participation, and rehabilitation is also an important part of our work. What We Expect From You You have a valid LOVe medication permit or the ability to complete it within an agreed timeframe. Previous experience in elderly care and home care is valued. You will benefit from good interaction skills, a growth-oriented attitude, and the ability to meet clients individually. We expect responsibility and flexibility in changing situations. The work is mobile and takes place in clients' homes, so a driver's license and the possibility of using your own car are essential. Knowledge of the RAI assessment system, a valid LOVe medication permit, and good IT skills are considered an advantage. The working languages are Finnish and Swedish - we require good Swedish language skills and at least satisfactory Finnish language proficiency. The eligibility requirement for the position is a vocational qualification in social and health care (practical nurse) or a previous school-level degree in the field, as well as valid registration in the JulkiTerhikki and JulkiSuosikki registers.
