Bid Estimator

NRC Group Finland, a Nordic leader in infrastructure construction, seeks a multidisciplinary Bid Estimator to join our centralized estimating team. The role supports electrical construction, electrical maintenance, or infrastructure construction, with experience in bid calculation or project execution (e.g., project engineer, site manager, or project manager). You will be part of a seven-person centralized estimating team servicing all our businesses and contribute to flagship projects in sustainable infrastructure and electrical construction or maintenance. Responsibilities include cost and quantity estimation for electrical maintenance/installation or infra construction; procurement of subcontractors and materials; identifying risks and opportunities; preparing bid attachments and participating in negotiations; and continuous improvement of bid activities. Work locations can be Riihimäki, Tampere, Helsinki, or Oulu, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement (office and remote). Requirements include a higher education degree in electrical, automation or infrastructure field (AMK, YAMK or DI), solid computer skills, understanding of electrical construction/maintenance principles and site operations (or infra construction site operations), proficiency in Finnish and English, and knowledge of bid software and unit-based bidding is advantageous.
