The position is a fixed-term substitute role, starting 28.9.2026 or by agreement. As a substitute staff member at the Competence Center in Rovaniemi, you will cover sudden substitution needs in outpatient healthcare services. Outpatient clinics operate on weekday morning shifts. If necessary, expertise will be expanded according to interest and the employer's needs. Substitutes have pre-planned shifts, based on which units book employees. Eligibility requirement for the nurse position is a Bachelor of Nursing degree in accordance with Act 559/1994 or a previous college-level degree, as well as registration in Valvira's Suosikki or Terhikki professional registers. A public health nurse degree is considered an advantage. The terms of employment are determined according to the Sote-agreement. The position is subject to a 2-month probationary period. Before starting the position, a criminal record extract must be presented in accordance with Section 28 of the Act on Supervision of Social Care and Health Care. Regarding staff vaccination protection, we follow the vaccination protection required by the Occupational Health and Communicable Diseases Act.
