Seasonal Outdoor Guide – Join Sunny Safari in Lapland **Recruitment Period: Autumn 2026 – Spring 2027 | Base: Rovaniemi, Finland** **About Us** Sunny Safari is a dedicated custom safari operator and Destination Management Company (DMC) rooted in Rovaniemi. We design and deliver authentic, nature-centred experiences across Lapland, sharing the regions unique wilderness, culture and seasonal magic with visitors from around the world. **About the Role** We are seeking seasonal outdoor guides to join our team for the upcoming autumn–winter–spring season. You will lead and support our safari activities, deliver warm, informative experiences for guests, and work mostly in the open air of Laplands stunning landscapes. **What We Expect from You** - Proficient in English, with clear and confident communication skills - A valid driving licence recognised for use within the EU - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holiday periods as needed - A naturally responsible, reliable and safety-minded approach to work – this is our core requirement - Additional language skills (such as Spanish, German, French, Chinese or others) are a distinct advantage _No prior guiding or tourism experience is required.
