We are looking for home and commercial cleaners for permanent positions in the Turku region! Our client company operates with years of experience and solid professional expertise. Services include all types of cleaning work, from small home cleanings to major cleanings. Positions will be filled as soon as suitable candidates are found, as work can start immediately. Previous experience in the field is an advantage, but we also consider applicants at the beginning of their careers and those changing fields. Work is primarily performed in pairs at customers' homes, so good communication and Finnish language skills are important. In larger sites, the work team may be larger. Work is performed on weekdays between 8:00 and 17:00. Distances between sites during the workday are traveled by the company car. What we hope for from you? - Previous experience in the field is an advantage, but attitude is seen as more important than experience. - Good Finnish language skills - Class B driver's license - The possibility to use your own car is considered an advantage due to the company's location. - We also value independence, the ability to learn and adopt new things, attentiveness, the ability to commit to work, good physical condition, and flexibility due to potential extensions of shifts.
