Child Care Worker

The role is a three-shift work in an around-the-clock day care. The day care provides versatile pedagogical activities in all everyday moments, including evenings and weekends. We value each child as an individual, emphasize small-group pedagogy, child participation and being heard, and promote a calm, reflective atmosphere with opportunities for independent thinking. The setting includes ICT pedagogical use, music, artistic expression and physical activity. Kilterin day care employs 32 staff in a collaborative and positive environment. It is located in Myyrmäki, Vantaa, with modern, accessible facilities including a large gym, studio and nature room, plus a large two-level playground enabling outdoor pedagogy.
