AI Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with enterprise architecture experience, including designing and delivering cloud-native commerce, retail, or customer engagement platforms on Microsoft Azure. This role will be responsible for defining and owning the end-to-end architecture for next-generation AI-powered commerce solutions, ensuring alignment between business objectives, customer experience goals, and scalable, secure technology platforms. The successful candidate will lead the architecture of a modern AI Commerce Platform, integrating Azure-native services, AI/ML capabilities, and enterprise retail systems to deliver intelligent product discovery, personalization, conversational commerce, order orchestration, and seamless customer experiences. They will establish target-state architectures across application, integration, and data layers, driving best practices for scalability, resilience, security, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include owning the overall solution architecture for the AI Commerce platform, defining the target-state architecture spanning Azure App Service/AKS, API Management, Azure Functions, Service Bus/Event Grid, and integration patterns with core retail systems (POS, OMS, inventory, CRM, payment gateways).
