What is the work about? As an earthworks worker, you will work on various sites as part of a professional team. The work is located in earthworks, renovation, and construction sites that start according to our customers' needs. Your tasks are diverse and supporting auxiliary work for construction. Work always begins with an orientation, after which you get to do the actual work. Tasks are determined by your experience, skills, wishes, and the needs of the site. Your day may be spent on the following tasks: - cleaning the site - excavator driver - assisting with cable installations - excavator groundworker tasks - other diverse auxiliary earthworks Tasks may change as the project progresses, and your own skills and interests also affect what you get to do. You work as part of a team, but the work approach is independent, so initiative and the ability to take action are important. What do we expect from you?
