Inside Sales

The Inside Sales Representative will join our Commercial team in Calvert, AL and handle customer service from order entry to claims. This role requires delivering excellent service to distinguish Outokumpu from competitors. We are a global leader in sustainable stainless steel with a presence in multiple countries. Responsibilities include quotes for Americas and European production facilities, order status updates, releasing orders, troubleshooting, invoice reconciliation, and multi-facility order management. The position requires desk-based work.
