We are seeking a skilled nurse interested in adolescent psychiatric care who wants to work in a competent multidisciplinary work community. Duties: The adolescent psychiatry Matinkylä reception nurse's work includes conducting adolescent psychiatric examination and treatment periods. The treatment repertoire includes various disorder-specific treatments, for which training and supervision are provided. The work is responsible and independent, but team support is always available. The team includes nurses, physicians, social worker, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, psychologist and secretaries. The work is carried out as multidisciplinary collaboration with the patient, family and network. The nurse's work description is autonomous and diverse, and includes family and network work. We value a fair and enthusiastic attitude, a developmental work approach and flexibility. We offer: good education and development opportunities, supervision and good onboarding, outpatient daytime work, and a work-time bank is used. We value: experience in adolescent psychiatry or psychiatry, ability to work independently and make decisions, and good collaboration and interpersonal skills. The position's salary is 3218.18–3364.94 €/month with possible experience and other allowances. Start date 31.8.2026 or by agreement.
