Our portfolio includes oil products, biogas, Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), renewable diesel (HVO) and solar power. We operate in Finland, Sweden, Norway, and the United Kingdom with 1,150 retail stations across Finland, Sweden and Norway. This role centers on operational technology (OT) cybersecurity across a multi-site estate, including a Gothenburg refinery, terminal networks, and retail energy distribution systems. You will implement the Cybersecurity Management System (CSMS) across the OT estate, set OT security standards aligned to ISO/IEC 27001, IEC 62443, CIS 18 Controls, and NIS2 obligations, and work hands-on with OT and IT interfaces to specify and validate controls. You will also guide OT vendors and act as the trusted OT security advisor to CISO, site teams, refinery, and retail operations across the Nordics. Requirements include a proven OT cybersecurity track record at large production sites, governance and technical skills, CISSP or equivalent, fluency in English, willingness to travel, and the ability to operate in a lean, fast-moving organization.
