WE ARE NOW LOOKING FOR OUR OULU VASARAPERÄ STORE PART-TIME SALES ASSOCIATE SALES ASSOCIATE DUTIES AT PUUILO INCLUDE, AMONG OTHER THINGS: * Customer service: Sales associates are the face of Puuilo in everyday customer encounters. The customer base is broad and diverse, so the workday includes various customer interactions and situations. Our customers value a willingness to help and problem-solving skills in every situation. * Cashier and info desk work: Workdays include both cashier and info desk duties. Info desk work includes handling customer complaints, resolving potential problems, and renting trailers. * Shelving and merchandising: One of the most important tasks of a sales associate is to ensure that shipments are unloaded onto shelves for customers. Merchandising ensures that current products are easily visible and available to customers. * Versatile customer service situations and tasks: Puuilo sales associates' tasks are very diverse, including online store picking, cutting carpets and linear goods, exchanging gas cylinders, and assisting with product-related questions. * Cleaning: At Puuilo, store staff take care of the cleanliness of their own store. There is a cleaning day once a week, in addition to which staff maintain general cleanliness of customer and staff areas daily. At Puuilo, there is a fast pace and the chatter of walkie-talkies, which are a large part of Puuilo's culture. You want to perform all sales associate tasks and enjoy that your work is diverse and varied. You are ready to occasionally jump into a forklift to lift a smoke sauna into a customer's car or drive a cleaning machine in the store.
