The Research Interviewer interviews travellers at airports using pre-arranged methods (tablet or QR code) and collects data for Business Finland’s tourism metric. Shifts in December are 4–6 per month depending on airport; January–March 3 per month. Each shift lasts 4–6 hours. The role requires applicants to be of legal age, fluent in Finnish and English, outgoing, proactive and reliable. A security clearance will be completed for selected individuals, which is a prerequisite for working in this environment. Training will be provided.
