HR Solutions is seeking a Payroll Specialist for a permanent position in Kuopio on behalf of its client. In this role, you will work as part of a three-person payroll administration team and be responsible for the payroll of client companies across various industries. Your duties include the entire payroll process for your own accounts—from calculating salaries to reporting and official notifications—ensuring that payroll processes proceed on time and accurately. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in developing payroll operating methods. Work is based at the office in Kuopio (Itkonniemenkatu 21). Working hours are flexible on weekdays between 7:00 and 17:00, and if desired, you can start your workday as early as 6:00. What we offer you? We hope you have at least two years of experience in payroll tasks and confidence in managing overall payroll processes. A background in an accounting firm is considered an advantage. Success in the role requires good Excel skills, a meticulous and independent approach to work, and customer-oriented thinking. Experience with Asteri, Netvisor, and/or Fennoa systems is an advantage.
