What You'll Do Own the product roadmap for your domain — discovery, prioritisation, sequencing, delivery Write crisp specs for complex transactional and compliance-driven functionality Translate gaming regulation, KYC/AML and responsible gaming obligations into buildable product requirements Define the migration path off the current third-party platform — feature parity, gap decisions, dual-running, cutover Partner with principal engineers on speed vs. scope vs. architectural integrity trade-offs Define and instrument success metrics for your domain Manage stakeholders across markets, time zones, and executive sponsors What You'll Bring 6+ years in Product Management, 3+ years on platform, backend or API products Experience shipping transactional/money-moving functionality — payments, wallets, billing, banking, trading, or gaming Comfortable working in regulated environments Technical fluency — API design, data models, event-driven architecture Experience with migrations, re-platforming, or greenfield builds Sharp written and spoken English A structured, evidence-driven approach to prioritisation — and the confidence to say no
