Housekeeping Shift Leader

Staffpoint is looking for a Housekeeping Shift Leader for Lapland Hotels Riekonlinna in Saariselkä. The work begins on November 2, 2026, and lasts until April 18, 2027. As a housekeeping supervisor, you will ensure the efficient use of manpower, high-quality work results, and a positive working atmosphere. You will participate in housekeeping work, leading your team to good performance by your own example. The Lapland Hotels chain is a smoke-free workplace. We expect from you: - Education and/or work experience in the cleaning industry - Good interaction skills - Good physical condition - Ability to lead by example - Proficiency in Finnish and English. Please note, in this position fluent Finnish is required.
