We are looking for a part-time fixed-term employee for the Rovaniemi gaming hall with a contract of 80h/6weeks (approx. 13h/week) from 26.8.2026 to 6.12.2026. Our shifts are mainly weekday evenings between approx. 14:00-20:15 and weekends, so please be at your best then. The starting salary for a gaming hall customer service representative is 12.35e/h (excluding bonuses), and as a Veikkaus employee, you will also have access to excellent employment benefits. WHAT IS REQUIRED FROM A GAMING HALL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE? Legal age and fluent Finnish language skills are required. Our new team members undergo a pre-employment check at the start of employment, and we require a passed drug test from everyone. We also perform a credit check. You do not need previous work experience or education, as we will train you as a gaming industry professional with pay at the start of employment. The ball is now in your court!
