Electrical and Electronic Equipment Assembler

We are now seeking panel assemblers to Tampere to reinforce our project business. In this role you will thrive in a changing environment, multitask effectively, and solve problems decisively even during busy periods. In this role you will be responsible for assembly and wiring of electrical and automation panels and cabinets according to drawings and electrical diagrams. You will work as part of a project organization where schedules are often tight and success requires good teamwork, initiative, and quality workmanship. Your duties include: mechanical and component assembly of electrical and automation panels; cabling and assembly according to electrical diagrams and circuit diagrams; self-checking of quality and inspections; delivering finished products for testing; working within a staged project whole as part of an experienced project team; possible travel within Finland as needed by projects. To succeed you have: a basic qualification in electrical and automation or equivalent through work experience; good ability to read electrical diagrams and circuit diagrams; technical understanding of electrical functionality; ability to understand different phases and totality of project work; flexible, solution-oriented and responsible work attitude; ability to handle pressure and work in changing situations and tight timelines; Finnish language skills and basic English. Nice to have: knowledge of UL standards; experience with the CUBIC product family; experience with RITTAL enclosures; prior experience in project deliveries or cabinet manufacturing.
