As a Software Developer with focus on Rekondis and platform transformation, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining and modernizing one of our business-critical in-house collection platforms. This is a hands-on developer role with a strong focus on databases and business processes. To succeed, you will need to understand complex operational flows, develop reliable PL/SQL-based functionality, support integrations and imports/exports, and contribute to stable delivery in a business-critical environment. Rekondis is an in-house developed solution with Oracle at its core, supporting critical collection processes, integrations, batch flows and business logic. During the first phase, expected to run for approximately two years, the role will primarily focus on IDP and process automation around Rekondis. We are implementing an AI-enabled Intelligent Document Processing solution that extracts relevant information from documents and stores the structured data in Databricks. Your main focus will be to develop functionality that uses this data to automate process flows, reduce manual handling and realize the efficiency gains identified in the project, while building knowledge and reusable capabilities for the longer-term transformation journey. A key part of the role will also be to document development work, business logic, data flows, integration patterns and design decisions in a clear and structured way. In the next phase, the focus will gradually shift towards developing functionality within the new platform. This means contributing to a modern architecture based on reusable services, APIs, event- or integration-driven patterns, automated delivery and cloud-ready development principles, while helping to modernize and refactor selected Rekondis capabilities in line with the future platform direction. Your main responsibilities will be to: - Develop automation functionality that uses structured data from the AI-enabled IDP solution and Databricks to reduce manual work and realize identified efficiency gains. - Understand Rekondis processes, document flows, data usage and decision points, and translate them into reliable automation logic and system functionality. - Develop and maintain Rekondis functionality with a focus on Oracle SQL/PLSQL, integrations, batch flows, data transformations and operational stability. - Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, data specialists and development teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with the target architecture. - Contribute to the future platform by developing and documenting key logic and helping to modernize selected Rekondis capabilities using APIs, reusable services, automation and cloud-ready principles.
