Dining Area Service Manager

Primary location: HELSINKI Dining Area Service Manager, 10th Floor, Original Sokos Hotel Vaakuna, Helsinki 10th Floor – A panoramic restaurant in the best location in Helsinki. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-oriented service manager to lead the operations of the legendary 10th Floor dining area together with a professional team. The position is permanent and part-time, 90h/3 weeks. As the Dining Area Service Manager, you will act as the supervisor for the shift team and enable the team to succeed in their work. We expect the applicant to have several years of experience in supervisory roles within restaurant dining areas as well as an enthusiastic attitude toward customer service. We also require fluent Finnish language skills, excellent interaction skills, a strong customer-centric approach, and a sales-oriented and developmental approach to your own work and the development of the team's operations. The work is shift-based, and shifts also occur on weekends.
