Temporary Cook

We are looking for two (2) casual cooks for Attendo Kaarnikka kitchen. We provide flexible on-call work that adapts to your life. Kaarnikka kitchen serves meals to about 100 residents. You will be a valued team member who covers sick and annual leave and works as an equal part of the team. Work is on an on-call basis and will continue indefinitely. Shifts occur on weekdays from 6:00 to 15:00, with start date to be agreed. Your responsibilities include: preparing meals according to the menu and recipes; packing ready meals for dispatch; dishwashing; waste management; warehouse control and turnover; minimizing food waste; recording HACCP markings and responding to deviations; keeping the kitchen clean; collaborating with care services; unloading deliveries. Requirements: relevant experience or suitable training, experience in large-scale catering is a plus; hygienic certificate; vaccination protection under Infectious Diseases Act §48; fluent Finnish at least B2 level. The contract follows the private social services sector collective agreement. Salary range from 2278.80€ to 2510.83€ per month starting 1.9.2026 depending on experience.
