Lead procurement planning and sourcing strategies to support project delivery, budget, and schedule objectives. Develop and execute negotiation strategies, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve optimal commercial outcomes. Manage supplier selection, onboarding, and performance to ensure alignment with business and project goals. Lead the negotiation, execution, and administration of contracts, applying industry best practices and Microsoft contracting requirements. Oversee contract performance, including supplier compliance, changes, claims, notices, and corrective actions as the contract subject matter expert. Drive project execution by ensuring goods and services are delivered on time, within specification, and with effective risk management. Champion continuous improvement through process simplification, automation, data analytics, and adoption of digital procurement tools. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field AND proven years of experience in Commercial / Contractual Construction Role OR Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field AND proven years of experience in Commercial / Contractual Construction Role OR equivalent experience.
