PERMANENT CARPENTER POSITION The Municipality of Perho is seeking a carpenter for a permanent position in the property maintenance team of its technical services. The team is led by the building inspector. We take care of maintenance, alteration and repair work on municipal properties and buildings. The duties also include a rotating on-call shift for municipal properties and matters relating to the water and sewerage services. During on-call periods, the employee is required to be able to reach a site in the municipal centre within 30 minutes. We value basic education in building construction (carpenter or house builder). We value practical experience in construction, especially renovation work. In addition, the selected person must have a category B driving licence and their own car available. We expect an enthusiastic and development-oriented approach to work, the ability to work independently and take responsibility for the role, and good cooperation and interaction skills. We offer an introduction to the job and varied, interesting duties at renovation sites in properties owned by the municipality. The position has a six-month probationary period. It is classified in KT-TS salary group 1, pricing code 5 01 04 01 8. Regular working hours are 38 hours and 15 minutes per week (+ a 30-minute meal break per day). The task-specific salary is €2,447.82 per month + supplements under KT-TS. The person selected for the position must present a medical certificate regarding their health.
