Senior Business Analyst - IFS Ultimo Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our product team and take an active role in shaping business requirements and solutions.This role goes beyond gathering and documenting requirements. You will be involved early in the process, helping to understand the problem, break down business needs, explore possible solutions, and understand how those solutions fit within the Ultimo product and system.You will work closely with Product management, UX/UI, Engineering and QA. We are looking for someone who is comfortable bringing ideas to the table, asking the right questions, challenging requirements when needed, and helping the team find practical solutions.The role suits someone with a strong Business Analysis background who also has an interest in product, user experience, technology and AI.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or a similar role within a software product environment.
- Strong ability to analyze and break down complex or incomplete business requirements.
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
- Ability to work with requirements at an early stage, before they are fully defined or added to the backlog.
- Good understanding of how business requirements translate into product functionality and system changes.
- Ability to suggest solutions and alternatives rather than only documenting requirements.
- Product-oriented mindset with the ability to consider business value, user needs and feasibility when looking at solutions.
- Practical experience using AI tools as part of your day-to-day work.
- Willingness to explore and adopt new AI tools and approaches to improve the way you work.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with different teams and stakeholders.
