We are looking for an HR Specialist for a permanent employment contract in the employer services unit of the culture and leisure sector's personnel services. The task begins no later than 1.10.2026. As an HR specialist, you will act as a project promoter in service relationship matters in various entities, sub-entities and basic processes and as support for supervisors in various working time management issues. Your work is a versatile combination of independent work, supporting supervisors and network cooperation. The task combines strategy-implementing and operational personnel work, which requires a proactive approach. You will work in the employer services unit in close cooperation with other specialists. Your duties include, among other things: - development and coordination of working time systems in the sector - supporting and guiding supervisors and management in accordance with existing guidelines - developing the competence of supervisors in working time planning and various working time themes - monitoring working time issues using up-to-date data and planning effective measures - partner cooperation, e.g. with working time system suppliers - coordination of the working time management process in the sector and ensuring the utilization of results - if necessary, supporting the supervisor and management in other service relationship tasks. A suitable upper university degree is required for the task. The language skill requirement is a good command of Finnish. We require experience in tasks related to the operational preparation and implementation of working time issues. In addition, we expect good communication and interaction skills and the ability to work proactively and independently as part of the sector's expert personnel services. Experience in other personnel administration tasks and supporting supervisors is considered an advantage.
