About the role

**Job Description** Sosiaali- ja terveyspalvelut Tasku Oy is a small family company with two 7-place special foster care units in the municipality of Laukaa, Central Finland. Our units were established in 2021 to serve children aged 7-17 who require strong psychiatric expertise in a foster care context to support their growth. **_We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a permanent instructor position at the Liekki unit_** At the Liekki unit, we specialize in long-term and diverse work with children experiencing psychiatric symptoms. The team has a strong and unified psychiatric working method, as well as special expertise in collaborating with specialized healthcare. We provide the child with a home-like and safe growth environment in the peace of nature, while ensuring the child's daily life is based on goal-oriented and individual psychiatric rehabilitation work. As a nurse, you will participate in the implementation of the unit's medication management and play an active role in evaluating the response to medication. You will bring your entire healthcare expertise to the team, which we hope includes a strong psychiatric emphasis. You will be a constructive part of our multidisciplinary team in daily care, education, networking, and family work.
