- Identifying content that violates platform guidelines
- Taking appropriate action based on policies
- Investigating suspicious or risky activity
- Identifying patterns and trends to flag emerging issues
- Working with internal tools to maintain platform safety
- Adhering to quality and compliance standards
- Managing potentially sensitive content with professionalism
Requirements
- Fluent Swedish
- Good English skills (B2+)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable making decisions based on guidelines and policies
- Organised and able to manage high task volume
- Able to work with potentially sensitive content
- Experience in content moderation, fraud prevention, compliance, investigations, customer support or similar is a plus
