Succeeding in the role requires the ability to identify top talent, build long-term client relationships and bring recruitment processes and HR assignments to a successful conclusion with high quality. Become a Recruitment Consultant under an experienced professional We will train you in HR, sales and recruitment. In this role, you will carry out recruitment assignments for our client companies and acquire new clients. You will work on assignments together with our team. Once you have learned the work, you can continue independently to build your own client base. You will receive a significant share of your own billings and have a direct influence on your earnings. We provide modern systems for working. Key responsibilities - Handle recruitment assignments according to our clients’ needs. - Identify and approach passive and active candidates from different sources, such as networks, LinkedIn and industry events. - Build and maintain confidential relationships with clients and candidates. - Coordinate the different stages of the application process and ensure recruitment is completed to a high standard. - Participate in sales and preparing offers, and develop your own business. What we expect from you - Some work experience in recruitment or genuine passion for the field. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - An active approach to contacting candidates. - A commercial and results-oriented attitude. - Initiative and organisation in your work. - Fluent Finnish and English.
