We are looking for two Floor Managers for a top team in Ruka! The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, and à la carte meals. When you join the team, you bring your experience and know how to apply it to fit their concept. As a Floor Manager, your work includes office tasks and you are responsible for the smooth running of restaurant services. You support and guide the team to succeed and enjoy their work, while maintaining a positive atmosphere even in changing situations. We require experience in à la carte service and previous supervisory experience in a restaurant. You should have the right attitude and enthusiasm for work, and be able to operate as required under pressure. The clientele is international during the winter season, so we require language skills and the ability to work in an international environment.
