Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT project manager to lead demanding change and development initiatives for financial sector clients. In this role you will serve as a trusted partner to our customers and ensure projects progress in a planned manner toward a successful outcome. You will lead multidisciplinary project teams, coordinate collaboration between business, IT, external vendors and other stakeholders, and help clients achieve their business objectives. You will manage project risks, dependencies and changes and ensure alignment with the organization’s goals and regulatory requirements. You will monitor progress, prepare status reports and actively communicate project status to management and other stakeholders. To succeed you are an experienced project manager who thrives on working with people and technology, can take the whole in hand, keep the threads in challenging situations, and build good collaboration between different parties. We would like you to have experience in project management in finance or other highly regulated environments, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, a solid understanding of modern software development practices and tools, and experience with agile methods; SAFe experience is a plus. Fluent Finnish and English are required.
